1. Service Payments

All payments must be completed before service execution unless agreed otherwise.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • Service has not yet been initiated

  • A written cancellation request is submitted before content processing

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Published content

  • Completed branding or PR services

  • Delays caused by client-side revisions

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
